URGENT SUPPORT SESSIONS:
Urgent support sessions may be offered outside of normal business hours when availability allows, including same-day requests. These sessions may be scheduled after 7:00 PM AZ (Monday–Thursday), after 5:00 PM AZ on Fridays, and on weekends. Sessions are 45 minutes in length and offered at an additional rate. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.
