Why I No Longer Offer Everything as Standalone Sessions
There’s a natural evolution that happens in this work.
Not just for the women I support, but in how I hold the work itself.
What I offer now is not the same as when I first started.
Not because it was wrong before.
But because I see more now.
What Standalone Sessions Used to Represent
At one point, single sessions made sense.
They created access.
They gave people a place to start.
They offered insight, clarity, and often meaningful shifts.
And for many, they were enough to open the door.
But over time, a pattern became clear.
The session itself was rarely the issue.
It was everything that happened after.
Insight Without Integration Doesn’t Hold
Someone could have a powerful session.
They could understand their patterns.
Feel the shift in their body.
See what had been underneath their symptoms.
And then:
They would go back into their life.
The same environment.
The same nervous system patterns.
The same subconscious responses.
Without support to integrate what had been uncovered, the body would often return to what it already knew.
Not because the work didn’t “work. but because the system hadn’t stabilized in it yet.
The Body Changes Through Repetition, Not Exposure
One session can create awareness but awareness is not the same as embodiment.
Your nervous system learns through repetition. Through consistency. Through being met again and again in a different way.
This is how patterns actually shift.
Not from a single moment of clarity, but from being supported as your system reorganizes around it.
What I Started to See More Clearly
I began to notice that the women who experienced the deepest shifts were not the ones who had the most sessions.
They were the ones who had continuity.
They had space to:
• process what came up
• apply what we uncovered
• be supported as new layers surfaced
• stay connected when things felt unclear
They weren’t starting over each time.
They were building on what was already in motion.
Containers Allow the Work to Actually Land
This is where containers come in.
Not as a structure for the sake of structure, but as a way to support the full arc of healing.
Inside a container, there is:
continuity
context
relationship
and integration
It allows the work to move from: insight → application → stabilization → embodiment
Instead of stopping at awareness alone.
This Is About Maturity in the Work
There is a level of readiness that happens at a certain point.
Where you’re no longer looking for a quick answer.
You’re looking for real change.
And real change requires being willing to stay with yourself longer than a single moment.
Not in a forced way.
In a supported way.
This is not about doing more.
It’s about going deeper.
Why I Made This Shift
I no longer offer everything as standalone sessions, because I care more about what actually holds than what temporarily helps.
I care about:
• what integrates into your life
• what your nervous system can sustain
• what creates lasting change, not just temporary relief
And that requires a different level of support.
What This Means for You
This doesn’t mean there’s only one way to work together.
It means the way you enter the work is intentional.
Some women need a place to land and stay connected.
Some need deeper, more personalized support.
But all of it is designed with one thing in mind: that what you experience here doesn’t disappear the moment the session ends.
The Depth Is the Point
This work was never meant to be consumed.
It was meant to be lived.
To be felt in your body.
Reflected in your choices.
Integrated into how you move through your life.
And that doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens in relationship.
In consistency.
In staying with the process long enough for it to become yours.
I didn’t move away from standalone sessions to make things harder to access.
I did it because I’ve seen what actually creates change.
And it’s not a single moment.
It’s what you do with it after.
If something in this resonates and you’re ready for a different level of support:
Inner Circle opens again in June if you’re looking for community, structure, and a place to stay connected to this work over time.
And if you’re ready to go deeper and want personalized support to understand what’s happening in your body and how to shift it, 1:1 work is where we do that together.
Both are designed to support not just insight, but integration.

Dr. Elizabeth + Luna
