This guide walks you through a full day of embodied awareness, including:

• Morning check-ins and nervous system support
• Pre-meal awareness and food decisions
• Midday regulation and adjustment
• Evening slowing down and reflection
• End-of-day connection and integration

You’ll begin to notice patterns, responses, and shifts in real time, not because you’re forcing change, but because you’re finally listening

This guide is part of the embodiment phase of The EA Method and is designed to be used daily, alongside your normal routines.

It can be used on its own or paired with The Energy You Eat In module for deeper understanding and integration.
